The Thrive Goal board is a powerful visual component to your shop floor. The Goal Board (Hour by Hour tracking) displays time spent in Setup, Run, Maintenance, and Idle conditions. The goal board can also track downtime in each of these modes.
While in Run mode, the goal board can be used to track the quantity produced and scrap produced. When given a production rate when starting the goal board, it will then display a red/green/yellow color coded cycle timer that provides the shop floor with an understanding of how the process is tracking against the goal for the cycle or period (shift, day, run, etc).
All the while, each interaction, mode change, issue recorded, quantity produced, and time spent in each mode is logged so that shop floor personnel can easily review the daily operation details.
