Training
An important element of any operation is the proper training of personnel. Thrive provides the tools needed to track training received by each employee over the course of their employment as well as provide visibility to recurring training that is coming due.
How to Access: Thrive Menu > Human Resources > Training
The following illustrates the relationship between classes and training. One class can be trained on multiple times.

Training can also be added directly to an employees record (on the employee page). This would bypass taking the class through a training and would therefore not be assosiated with a Course ID.
